Andrea Krim, MPA, currently serves as the Building Policy Manager at Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP) since September 2021. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as a Research & Committee Analyst at the Colorado Legislative Council from December 2018 to August 2021, providing nonpartisan research and support to the Colorado General Assembly and staffing various committees. Earlier experience includes working as a Quality Health Improvement Specialist at the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing, responsible for Medicaid benefits and quality measures focused on children's health. Andrea holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Ecosystem Science & Policy and Political Science from the University of Miami.
