Andrew Wong

Andrew Wong is currently a Solutions Engineer at Neetek Systems Integration. Andrew has previously worked as an IT Administrator at BigTray - Restaurant Equipment & Supplies from March 2018 to August 2020. Some of their responsibilities included managing user accounts, group policy, domain policy, security groups and permissions, VM configurations and setups, and deployment (vCenter, ESXi), as well as various SaaS services like O365, Dropbox, and Google Apps. Andrew also racked and performed initial setup on Cisco switches and ASA firewalls, installed and upgraded Windows desktop and laptop computers, facilitated configuration, repairs, and upgrades of PC/Phones and related peripherals, setup/managed Avaya and Polycom VOIP phone systems, rebuilt VOIP phone configurations (Software and Hardware), provided remote support via admin tools (Teamviewer, Remote Desktop, Cisco Anyconnect), troubleshot Microsoft Office 365 Issues (Teams, Exchange Administration, Crowdstrike Endpoint Protection), supported and maintained printers/fax machines, created documentation to provide users with clear and easy to follow instructions (notes, screenshots, images, step by step), organized and cleaned up existing server room (cable management), provided high level of technical assistance to employees via telephone, email or in person, and managed inventory for essential components and supplies.

Andrew Wong attended San Francisco State University, where they earned a BA in Radio and Television - Broadcasting in Electronic Communication Arts. Andrew also holds an AA in Liberal Arts from Skyline College. Andrew Wong is certified from Netreo in Netreo University - Netreo v12 Administrator Training.
