Since January 2007, Bob has worked at Nefab, providing design and packaging solutions to enhance customer satisfaction for both local and global sales teams. Prior to Nefab, Bob held multiple leadership roles, including Operations Manager, IT Director, and Purchasing Manager, at companies such as Custom Crating, Overseas Packaging, South Bay Packers, and Chick Packaging from 1977 to 2007, where sales and marketing techniques were significantly improved under Bob's management, resulting in exceeded profitability goals.
