Lindsay R.

Lindsay R. has a diverse background in human resources, starting as a Human Resources Assistant at the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care in 2009. Lindsay then progressed to roles such as Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, and eventually Director of People & Culture - Americas at Nefab. Throughout this time, they maintained their membership with the HRPA as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRL Eligible) since 2012.

Lindsay R. graduated from Fleming College in 2007 with a BA in Human Resources Management. Lindsay later pursued a degree in Adult Education from Brock University, which they completed in 2023. Lindsay also obtained various certifications in workplace investigation, advanced leadership, negotiation skills, predictive index, project management, cut-e administration, and JHSC certification over the years.
