Lindsay Richards

Lindsay Richards serves as the Director of People & Culture for the Americas at Nefab, contributing to the global People & Culture strategy and regional implementation across the Americas within a multinational leader in custom industrial packaging, logistics, and digital services. Previously, Lindsay held the role of Human Resources Manager for Canada, overseeing HR functions for a regional workforce of 155 employees, focusing on labour relations, union negotiations, and conflict resolution. Earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Assistant at the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care - Kawartha Participation Projects. Education pursuits include ongoing studies in Adult Education at Brock University, Advanced Leadership at McMaster University, and Negotiations (Labour Relations) at Smith School of Business at Queen's University, alongside a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Fleming College.
