John Hornaday

John Hornaday has extensive experience in fire investigation and safety, currently serving as a Fire Analyst and Certified Fire Investigator at NEFCO Fire Investigations since June 2022. Prior to this role, John held positions in public service, including Assistant Fire Marshal and Lieutenant for Prince William County from July 2007 until retirement in December 2022. John also worked as a Fire & Rescue Technician for Fauquier County from July 2005 to July 2007 and as a Fire Protection Systems Inspector for Loudoun County Government from October 2001 to July 2005. John holds an Associate's degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Columbia Southern University.
