Shira Sarig

Shira Sarig is an experienced organizational consultant and Human Resources executive with a diverse background in managing and developing human capital across various industries. Currently serving as the owner of Cockpit Consulting since January 2023, Shira specializes in fostering stable organizational foundations and enhancing employee relationships. As VP of Human Resources at Negev, Shira oversees cross-organizational processes for a leading home design company with 500 employees. Previous roles include Human Resources & Organizational Development Manager at Honigman Fashion Retail Chain, where key achievements included establishing a managerial reserve, and Training & Organizational Development Manager at Afrodita. Shira's experience also encompasses senior advisory roles in training and coaching at Gishot Group and management of a call center at Globes. Shira holds an M.A. in Organizational Consulting and Development and a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences from The College of Management Academic Studies.
