Aaditya Kate

Aaditya Kate has over 10 years of work experience in project management and leadership roles. Aaditya started their career in 2010 as an Assistant Project Manager at JBS Informatics Private Limited, where they managed a team of developers and testers and acted as a business lead for project development. Aaditya also gained experience in business analysis and project coordination.

In 2014, Aaditya joined Crimson Interactive as a Product Manager, where they headed the Project Management Team for the ENAGO brand. Aaditya managed a large team of global freelancers and in-house editors, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and coordinating with clients and business users.

In 2017, Aaditya became the Project Manager for the India region at Am Trust Mobile Solutions. Aaditya spearheaded various activities with assistance from large teams and reported to the Global Delivery Head. Aaditya was responsible for providing leadership and direction to software development and process improvement initiatives, as well as coordinating with executive leads across different regions.

Since 2018, Aaditya has been working as a Project Manager at Negocios IT Solutions (P) LTD, where they have successfully managed BOT project installations and participated in the design and implementation of new business processes. Aaditya has also negotiated with internal and external groups to ensure successful project completions.
