Fred is a licensed CPA with a strong background in financial roles from Warner Lambert and Ernst & Young and has been the key developer of many of the benchmarks used to map NEHDS’ success. Driven by results and with a keen eye for detail, Fred has guided their company towards continuous improvements resulting in maximizing the quality of the employee experience and the highest customer retention in the industry. Fred is an avid Yankees fan who loves coaching baseball and designing and building model aircrafts.
