Charlie Mortimer

Charlie Mortimer, CFA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and financial modelling. As Co-Founder, CFO, and Head of Financial Modelling at Stellar Fusion since June 2022, Charlie leverages previous expertise gained during a nine-year tenure at Citi, where roles included Vice President in both Investment Banking and Equity Research, focusing on European SMID and IPO Equity Research. A CFA Level 3 candidate who passed in June 2017, Charlie's background also includes an analyst position in Equity Sales at Citi and a summer analyst role in algorithmic and high-frequency trading. Additional experiences include volunteer work with Balloon Ventures in Uganda and an underwriting internship at Hiscox. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol.
