Jilu Samuel

Jilu leads the Proposals group within the Client Services department, and brings eight years of industry experience to NEI comprising of three years as a transmission engineer and five years as a proposal engineer.

Jilu has vast proposal experience within the renewable and utility markets including wind, solar, battery storage, coops, and investor-owned utilities.
