Melissa Baldwin

Melissa Baldwin is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at NEI General Contracting since November 2021, Melissa previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Better Community Living Inc from July 2016 to November 2021. Additional experience includes roles at Justice Resource Institute, Partnership Employment, People, Incorporated, and a tenure as General Manager at Wendy's Restaurant International. Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
