Ernest Morton has worked for the Neighborhood Association for Inter-Cultural Affairs (NAICA) since 2018. ernest began their tenure as Residential Manager, then moved up to Director of Operations at NAICA East Tremont Avenue in 2019. In 2020, they were promoted to Director of Operations and Security at the main NAICA office. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Site Director.

Ernest Morton's education history includes an Associate of Arts from Clinton Community College in Humanities/Humanistic Studies, an Associate of Science from LaGuardia Community College in Business Administration and Management, a Bachelor of Arts from Marist College in Social Work, a Bachelor of Science from the University at Albany, SUNY, and a Master's degree from New York Theological Seminary in Theological and Ministerial Studies.
