Carmen Aquino is the Treasurer at NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION FOR INTER CULTURAL AFFAIRS INC. Carmen was previously the Office Manager at the New York City Council from June 2005 to September 2011. Prior to that, they were with the nypd.
