Kate Benenson has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Teacher at Neighborhood Charter Schools since August 2019. Prior to this role, Kate spent nearly six years at Success Academy Charter Schools, where positions included Grade Team Lead, Teacher for ICT Grades 1, 2, and 4, and Associate Teacher. Additional experiences include roles as Assistant Camp Director at The Stanwich Club and Peer Writing Consultant at Bucknell University's Writing Center. Kate holds a BA in Psychology and Education from Bucknell University and a Master's Degree in General Education and Special Education from Touro University, alongside a notable study term at the University of Cape Town.
