Ericka Gorman

Ericka Gorman, MBA, PMP, and CBAP, currently serves as a Credit Union Advisory Committee Member at Experian and an Advisory Committee Member for Neighborhood Concepts, Inc. Previously, Ericka held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Redstone Federal Credit Union and served in several senior leadership roles at Great Lakes Credit Union, overseeing lending and operations. With extensive experience in credit product strategy and project management, Ericka has contributed as a Board Director at Extensia Financial LLC and as an i3 Member at the Filene Research Institute. Ericka's educational background includes an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BS in Management and Human Resource Management from Columbia College.
