Roxann L. Backer

Roxann L. Backer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community relations and organizational leadership. Currently, Roxann serves as the Community Relations Officer at Neighborhood Credit Union since September 2018. Prior roles include Director of Operations at the Chris Kyle Frog Foundation and Executive Director positions at both United Way of Campbell County and United Way of Western Nebraska. Roxann also held the position of President at High Plains Spas and worked as an Environmental Scientist at Panhandle Geotechnical & Environmental. Roxann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Field Biology from the University of Northern Colorado, completed in 2001.
