Krutika Sule

Krutika Sule is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across different organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Neighborhood Health Center since February 2022, Krutika previously worked as an HR Business Partner at Lutheran Community Services Northwest, where responsibilities included partnering with management to develop HR policies in a diverse nonprofit setting. Prior experience includes managing HR and payroll functions at Fizz and Bubble, consulting on ACA and benefits with ADP, and streamlining recruitment processes at Yoli. Krutika began a career in HR at ISMT Limited and gained early management experience as an intern at Australia for UNHCR. Krutika holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and International Business from The University of Sydney Business School.
