Farah Shafi

Dr. Farah Shafi leads AllWays Health Partners’ clinical programs, including clinical operations, pharmacy, quality management, health and wellness, and appeals and grievances. In collaboration with our Chief Medical Officer, she works to advance our population health and value-based care goals so our members have the support they need, when they need it. She is also a practicing clinician with a focus on women’s health. Before joining AllWays Health Partners in 2017 as a Medical Director, Dr. Shafi practiced clinically for over 15 years and held positions at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Newton-Wellesley Hospital, and Mount Auburn Hospital.
