Lucy Silva

Lucy Silva provides leadership and direction for our systemwide payer finance strategies to build and advance our integrated offerings with Mass General Brigham and drive the innovation of products, services and shared savings models. Lucy has more than 20 years of finance experience in the health care and technology industries. Before joining the AllWays Health Partners team, she served as the CFO of Thundermist Health Center. She has also held finance leadership positions at Care New England Health System, Dominion Diagnostics, and Sensata Technologies.
