Steven Tringale

Steve Tringale oversees the execution of AllWays Health Partners’ long-term strategy with a focus on innovation, value, growth, and customer service. He has over 30 years of experience in the health insurance industry and a long history with AllWays Health Partners, previously serving as Board Chair. Steve also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tringale Health Strategies. In addition, he has held leadership positions at Hinckley, Allen & Tringale, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and the Life Insurance Association of Massachusetts.
