David Madden

David Madden currently serves as the Director of the Project Management Office at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, an accredited not-for-profit health maintenance organization. Previously, David held multiple senior leadership roles at Citizens, including Head of Agile Platforms and Head of Strategic Portfolio Planning & Governance, contributing over 24 years of experience in program management and governance. Additionally, David started a career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Information Technology Consultant after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame.
