Susan Lucas, SCPM, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience leading strategic initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of the Strategic Project Management Office at Cask NX, Susan oversees a portfolio of over 150 active projects, focusing on client support through consolidated portfolio management practices. Previous roles include establishing a Divisional Project Portfolio Management practice at Pacific Life and serving as Director of the Project Management Office at Health Net. With a strong foundation in project management and consulting, Susan holds advanced certifications from Stanford University and a BA in Biblical Studies, complemented by additional certifications in crisis intervention.
