Jessie Braga has over a decade of experience in enrollment management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Enrollment Manager for Medicaid & Exchange at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island since April 2012, Jessie supervises enrollment reconciliation operations, assists in departmental system design, and contributes to strategic planning. Prior roles at the organization include Senior Enrollment Analyst and Enrollment Analyst, overseeing reconciliation processes and managing membership files. Jessie began a career in healthcare at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island as a Test Support Analyst and Customer Service Representative and has prior experience in retail management with Zale. Jessie holds a degree in Business Management from the Community College of Rhode Island.
