Michele Troilo

Michele Troilo is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in provider relations and network strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Provider Relations at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island since March 2020, Troilo previously held leadership roles such as Vice President of Network Strategy and Provider Relations at Beacon Health Options, where extensive network strategies were developed for the Northeast market. At Tufts Health Plan, Troilo managed a statewide network of over 23,000 providers, focusing on cost-effective care and compliance with state and federal requirements. Additional experience includes roles at Boston Medical Center Healthnet Plan, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Aetna Health Plans, and Bay State Health Care. Troilo holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Planning from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
