Dr. Kemi Shodunke DNP, MSN, RN, CCM has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare organizations. Their most recent position is as the Manager of Care Management-Medicare/Medicaid Product at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an RN Care Manager-Senior Care Options at UnitedHealth Group from June 2020 to July 2021. From September 2017 to June 2020, they served as a Clinical Care Manager at Visiting Nurse of Hope Health. Before that, they were the Palliative Clinical Manager at NVNA and Hospice from March 2016 to September 2017. Dr. Kemi gained experience as a Case Manager at South Shore Hospital from October 2010 to February 2016 and as a Nursing Manager at Kathleen Daniels Rehab from May 2007 to August 2010.
Dr. Kemi Shodunke has an extensive educational background in the field of nursing. Dr. Kemi obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Nursing Education from Salem State University between 2007 and 2010. Continuing their academic journey, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Nursing Administration from Simmons University between 2013 and 2016. Driven by a desire to expand their expertise, they are currently pursuing a Doctor of Nurse Practitioner degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse/Nursing from Regis College, with an expected completion date in 2023. Dr. Shodunke's educational experiences have equipped their with a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of nursing, allowing their to contribute significantly to the field.
