Prasanna Bokam started their work experience in 2010 as a Sr. QA Analyst at HealthNow New York Inc., where they played a role in upgrading the FACETS system from version 4.41 to 4.71. They then moved on to TriZetto Healthcare Products in 2011, working as a Sr. QA Analyst and responsible for testing Trizetto FACETS 5.0 product integration with other satellite products. In 2012, they joined CVS Caremark as a Sr. QA Analyst and were involved in testing the conversion of the MBEST Medicare Part D Enrollment and Membership system to Facets 4.81. They later returned to HealthNow New York Inc. in the same year as a QA Tester II, involved in various testing projects. Lastly, in 2018, they joined Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island as a Healthcare EDI Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Senior Business System Analyst(EDI).
Prasanna Bokam holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Stratford University.
