Yeison de la Rosa

Yeison De La Rosa has work experience as a Human Resources and Marketing Intern at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Part-time Sales Associate at Dollar General from August 2019 to May 2021. In this role, they successfully managed the cash register, handled over $1,000 of sales per day with no errors, and provided excellent customer service to more than 40 customers daily. Yeison also ensured the store was organized and maintained customer satisfaction.

Yeison De La Rosa completed the Salesforce Pathfinder Training Program in 2021, focusing on Salesforce Administration. In 2020, they also completed the Information Technology Training program at Year Up. Prior to that, Yeison studied Business Administration and Management at the Community College of Rhode Island starting in 2019.

In addition to their education, Yeison has obtained various certifications. These certifications include Inbound certification from HubSpot Academy in January 2023, the Security Specialist Superbadge from Trailhead by Salesforce in February 2022, the Business Administration Specialist Superbadge from Trailhead by Salesforce in January 2022, the Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist Superbadge from Trailhead by Salesforce in January 2022. Yeison is also a certified Salesforce Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce, which they obtained in January 2022. Yeison holds the HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA) certification from eTrain Center, which they obtained in July 2020. Lastly, Yeison has the Professional Scrum Master 1 certification from Scrum.org, which they obtained in July 2020.
