Krista Peak, MBA, Six Sigma Black Belt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Krista most recently served as the Chief Quality and Risk Management Officer at Neighborhood Health starting from January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Operations and Business Development at Northeast Indiana Talent Attraction, Inc. from March 2022 to December 2022.

Krista completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences at Purdue University from 1991 to 1995. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Development & Family Studies from Purdue University.

In 1999, Krista pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Development and Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Krista expanded their knowledge in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial studies during this period.

Continuing their educational journey, Krista achieved a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level III in November 2013 from the Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP). This certification indicates their expertise in process improvement and problem-solving methodologies.

Most recently, in December 2021, they earned the Certified Change Practitioner credential from Prosci, demonstrating their ability to navigate and lead organizational change initiatives effectively.

Currently, Krista is pursuing another Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, expecting to graduate in 2023. This program will further enhance their understanding of entrepreneurial concepts and small business operations.
