Jennifer Blair currently serves as the Employee Wellness Coordinator at Neighborhood Healthcare since January 2023. Previously, Jennifer held several positions within the United States Department of Defense from May 2014 to August 2022, including Acting Supervisor and Human Resources Specialist focusing on Health and Wellness. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a Federal Personnel Specialist at Deloitte from September 2013 to April 2014 and as a Human Resources Administrator for Employee Benefits at Expert Consultants from June 2012 to February 2013. Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Health and Wellness Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and has completed studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Jennifer also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Towson University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Allegany College of Maryland.
