Jessica Gatien has extensive experience in healthcare operations, with a current role as Operations Manager for the Scribe Program at Neighborhood Healthcare since October 2012. In this position, Jessica prioritizes staffing and maintains provider coverage, while also engaging in monthly meetings with supervisors. Previous positions include Operations Supervisor, where Jessica assisted in developing and monitoring policies and procedures, and Operations Patient Experience Coordinator, responsible for training staff in communication standards.
