Sheryl Gee, Psy.D. has over 15 years of experience in various roles related to training, development, coaching, and organizational effectiveness. Sheryl began their career in 1992 as an Organization Effectiveness Specialist for the City of San Diego, where they worked until 1999. In that same year, they joined the Center for Creative Leadership as a Leader/Executive Coach. Sheryl also worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at National University during this time. In 2008, they became the Vice President of Training & Organization Development for Neighborhood House Association/InnoVisions, overseeing leadership development and staff/professional development services.

Sheryl Gee, Psy.D. obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Grambling State University in 1983. Sheryl then pursued further education and completed their Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Louisiana Tech University in 1985. Sheryl's education journey continued, and they earned their Doctor of Psychology degree in Culture and Human Behavior from Alliant International University from 1999 to 2006.
