Neighborhood House Association
Vianey Ramirez serves as a Lead Teacher at Neighborhood House Association since May 2009, specializing in creating engaging classroom environments for infants and children aged 3-5, including those with severe learning disabilities. Responsibilities include developing creative lesson plans, providing individualized support for special needs children, conducting home visits to enhance parental engagement, and mentoring associate educators. Previously, Vianey worked as an Associate Teacher at the same organization from May 2000 to August 2008, where duties included co-leading classrooms, guiding family tours, preparing meals for children with dietary restrictions, and maintaining an organized classroom. Vianey holds an Associate's degree in Child Development from San Diego Community College.
