Chelsey Meckler

Chelsey Meckler is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in elder law and estate planning. Since April 2017, Chelsey has served as a Staff Attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services Association, focusing on legal issues related to elder law, assisting clients with the Medicaid application process, and probating estates. Prior to this role, Chelsey worked at Fenchel Law Offices from August 2014 to April 2017, where responsibilities included researching trust and tax exemption issues and liaising with financial institutions for matters involving the transfer of stock and policy ownership. Chelsey holds a Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Pennsylvania State University- Smeal College of Business.
