Dan Gitzlaff has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Dan started their career in 1990 as a Manager at Fleet Mortgage, where they handled cash, assumption, and final documents. Dan then went on to work at Washington Mutual Bank as a Manager in Escrow Analysis and Lien Release. In 2006, they worked at Wells Fargo as an FHA Servicing Manager. After that, they joined U.S. Bank as a Senior Personal Banker, providing financial products and services to customers. In 2009, they became the Manager II of Loan Escrow Services at BMO Harris Bank. Starting in 2013, they worked at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation as the Subservicing/Interim Servicing Manager, overseeing relationships with subservicers and managing loan servicing. Currently, they are employed at Neighborhood Loans as the Director of Servicing, where they are responsible for managing and directing the corporate interim servicing and oversight of sub-servicers.

Dan Gitzlaff attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Dan'sfield of study included finance, investment & banking, and personnel management.
