Michelle Gross Panico has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Michelle currently works at Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) as the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Project Management, overseeing the completion of the organization's strategic plan and supporting leadership in strategic planning. Michelle has also worked at Dignity Health as the Manager of Philanthropy, Strategy and Development, and as the Manager of the Community Health Department. At UnitedHealth Group, they served as a Clinical Practice Consultant on the Quality Management Team. Additionally, Michelle has held positions at A.T. Still University, including Director of Public Health for Global Initiatives and Director of Dentistry in the Community.

Michelle Gross Panico, DHSc, RDH, PMP has a diverse educational background in the fields of health sciences, global health, business, public health, and dental hygiene. Michelle holds a Doctor of Health Sciences degree with an emphasis in Global Health from Nova Southeastern University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Arts in Administration with an emphasis in Health Promotion at Northern Arizona University - The W.A. Franke College of Business from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Northern Arizona University in 2004.

Throughout their career, Michelle Gross Panico has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Michelle received a Certificate in Healthcare Analytics for Decision-Makers from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in March 2021. In October 2020, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University.
