Lisa Lawson, LMSW, is an experienced social worker currently serving as an Associate Behavioral Health Counselor at Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) since March 2023. Prior experience includes an Independent Study Student role at Michigan Medicine from September to December 2022, where Lisa gained insight by shadowing medical and clinical social workers. Lisa previously worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Sprouted Sage Full Circle Intervention Center, providing ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder. A foundational role as a Preschool Teacher at Valley of the Sun Jewish Community Center involved mentoring and educating young children, fostering their development. Early experience includes positions as a Camp Counselor and Leader in Training at Camp Walden. Lisa earned a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Family Studies, and Human Development from the University of Arizona.
