Michael Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Michael most recently worked as the Director of Marketing and Engagement at Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH), starting in January 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Marketing Manager at NOAH since May 2016. Before joining NOAH, they worked as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Heritage Designs, LLC for ten years. Prior to that, they held the position of Account Executive at OpenWorks in 2005 and Sales Representative at Imaging Systems of Arizona from 2003 to 2005. Michael began their career at United Blood Services as a Community Relations staff member in 2002.
Michael Pearson obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Northern Arizona University-The W. A. Franke College of Business, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In 2006 and 2007, they pursued a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Arizona State University. Recently, in 2020, they earned a Certificate in Disruption Strategy from Harvard Business School. Additionally, Michael obtained a certification in Fundraising Academy from Maricopa Corporate College in November 2020.
