Brittany Edgar, PMHNP-BC, MPH, is a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in mental health care. Currently at Neighborhood Psychiatry since December 2020, Brittany provides personalized mental healthcare through an integrated approach that includes medications and psychotherapy via a telepsychiatry platform. Previously, at Harris Psychiatric Services from March 2019 to December 2020, Brittany supported clients in outpatient settings, utilizing a holistic approach that combined various therapeutic interventions. Prior roles include delivering trauma-informed care at NYC Health + Hospitals and engaging in research assistance at Columbia University School of Nursing and Boston University School of Medicine. Brittany holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Public Health from Boston University, and a Master's in Nursing and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Columbia University.
