Hui Min

VP, Training at NeighborWorks

Hui Min came to NeighborWorks America from the field of International Education, where she led product development at Rubicon International and later Faria Education Group. After years of teaching at Chinese and American universities, she built a career designing and implementing tech tools for learning institutions. Min worked globally as a trainer and consultant, focusing on curriculum design and educational technology.

Min believes in the power of life-long learning and is passionate about bringing innovation into professional learning. She initiated MiniPD, a global peer-to-peer learning platform, empowering international educators to have agency and be supported on their learning and growth journey. She brings this passion to NeighborWorks, joining forces with a strong team to bring impactful learning experiences to support practitioners working in the housing and community development field.

Min has a master's degree in Applied Linguistics and an MBA in International Business. She is an avid photographer and enjoys making and capturing memories around the globe.
