Debra Cohen

Debra Cohen currently serves as the Vice President of Franchise Development at Neighborly®, having joined the organization in February 2020. In this role, Debra also leads the Franchise Development Team for Real Property Management. Prior to this, Debra was the President of Home Remedies of NY, Inc. from May 1996 to July 2019 and founded the Homeowner Referral Network (HRN) business. Earlier in Debra's career, from November 1989 to April 1997, Debra held the position of Vice President of Client Relations at Revista Aerea, where responsibilities included managing sales, marketing, and editorial functions for a Spanish-language aviation publication. Debra holds a BS in Psychology and Spanish from Union College, graduating in 1989, and completed high school at Arthur L. Johnson Regional HS in 1985.
