Gabriel Landivar

Gabriel Landivar has extensive work experience in software development and leadership roles. Gabriel is currently working as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead at Neighborly® since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Thru from November 2019 to January 2021. Gabriel also served as a Senior Software Developer at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation® from April 2019 to November 2019 and as a Senior Technical Analyst/Developer at BKD CPAs & Advisors from January 2019 to March 2019.

Before joining these companies, Gabriel Landivar worked at Nationstar Mortgage as a Sr. Software Developer - Team lead from June 2014 to January 2019, where they provided development support for the servicing department and managed development resources. Gabriel has experience with C#, WCF, WPF, and MSSQL, and played a key role in establishing development cycles and improving communication with business units.

Prior to that, Gabriel Landivar worked as a Sr. Software Developer at Digital Alchemy CRM from May 2009 to May 2014, where they developed and maintained customer portal and XML services. Gabriel also worked at Answers, etc as a Sr. Software Developer from July 2007 to May 2009, where they developed new products and supported current applications using VB 6.

Earlier in their career, Gabriel Landivar worked at Nationstar Mortgage as a Software Developer from October 2006 to July 2007, and at Healthvision, Inc. as a Sr. Software Developer from September 2003 to September 2006. Gabriel began their professional journey at LML Payments as a Software Engineer in July 2003.
