Kavita McCarthy

Kavita McCarthy has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in marketing, eCommerce, and organizational development. Kavita currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Local Performance Marketing at Neighborly, where they oversee the local marketing strategy for 19 North American brands. Prior to that, they were the President at EJ Welch Company, where they successfully doubled the business through acquisitive growth and managed the eCommerce division. Kavita also served as the Director of Digital Experience at Pella Corporation and the Chief Marketing Officer at Re-Bath, LLC. Kavita started their career at CCA Global Partners, where they held various marketing and leadership positions, including Vice President of Marketing & Digital for ProSource Wholesale. Overall, Kavita has a proven track record of driving growth and developing successful marketing strategies within the home service and construction industries.

Kavita McCarthy attended Maryville University of Saint Louis to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Kavita also obtained a certification in Leadership Through People Skills from Psychological Associates.
