Kelly Dawes Wilson

Kelly Dawes Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing and management. Kelly Dawes is currently the Director of Lifecycle & CRM at Neighborly, where they are responsible for building out the CRM team and leading lifecycle marketing efforts. Prior to this, they worked at Credible as the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, leading a team of CRM strategists and overseeing the development and execution of lifecycle campaigns. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing at Credible. Kelly also has experience in brand management, having worked as a Brand Manager at The Richards Group and as a Brand Management Intern. Kelly Dawes has also worked in international marketing strategy and development at Which Wich Superior Sandwiches and held positions in marketing and business services at Southern Methodist University. Early in their career, Kelly gained experience as an intern at iNSPIRE!/Moroch, where they contributed to publishing articles and conducting research on social media trends.

Kelly Dawes Wilson completed their undergraduate degree in International Studies from Miami University in the years 2007 to 2010. Kelly Dawes then pursued a master's degree in Advertising Account Planning at Southern Methodist University from 2010 to 2012. In 2009, they briefly studied Spanish Culture, History, and Language at Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo.
