Marissa Davenport, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Marissa started their career as a Market Analyst at Providence Healthcare Network from 2011 to 2014. From there, they worked as an Account Executive at Jordan Health Services for a brief period in 2014. Following that, they joined Premier ER Plus as a Project/HR Manager, where they managed special projects, provided updates to the Chief Operations Officer, and served as the HR Manager for the organization. Marissa then transitioned to Weichert, Realtors-The Doug Eastland Group as a Real Estate Agent in 2016. In the same year, they also joined Neighborly® as a Talent Advisor. In this role, Marissa strategically customized recruitment efforts to ensure excellent hires who reflect the mission and values of the organization. Marissa later advanced to positions of increasing responsibility at Neighborly®, including Talent Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People Operations at Neighborly®.
Marissa Davenport, PHR attended Baylor University from 2005 to 2008 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management. Marissa then attended McLennan Community College in 2004 and 2005, where they pursued general studies. In 2013 and 2014, Marissa completed their Master's of Science degree in Human Resource Development at the University of Texas at Tyler.
In terms of additional certifications, Marissa obtained the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2018. Marissa also completed the Recruiting Leadership Lab program offered by Recruiting Toolbox, Inc. in 2022.
