Paytience Shaffer

Paytience Shaffer is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as Manager of Local Performance Marketing for Mr. Rooter at Neighborly®, starting in November 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Denny's from May 2018 to November 2023 in various marketing roles, where initiatives included optimizing the Loyalty Program through CRM transitions, launching the brand's first Customer Data Platform, and managing digital media strategies. Past positions also encompass event management for the University Events office at the President’s office, and a role as Marketing Operations Coordinator at Aramark, overseeing numerous events and designing promotional materials. Paytience holds a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Advertising and Corporate Communications, with minors in Spanish, and Latin American and Caribbean Studies from James Madison University.
