Dianna Worthington, CFE, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dianna began their career as a Real Estate Agent at Kelly, Realtors in 2000 and worked in that role until 2003. Dianna then transitioned into the education sector, starting as an Elementary School Teacher at TCA - College Preparatory School from November 2001 to July 2007. Following that, they became the Secondary Vice Principal at the same school, where they provided oversight to school management, student activities, community relations, and personnel, while also serving as a High School Business Teacher from August 2007 to June 2009. Dianna continued their career in education as the Secondary Principal at Texas Christian Academy from July 2009 to January 2011.

In this role, they provide leadership, support, and direction to build a world-class training experience for all franchise operations across Neighborly's family of brands. Dianna works cross-functionally to streamline and develop training systems, best practices, curriculum, and delivery methods to ensure effective training tools and experiences that drive peak performance.

Dianna obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Relations from Trinity College, where they studied from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they attended CBC (year range: 1984-1987) and focused on Theology/Theological Studies, though they did not earn a degree at that time.
