Kimberly Lynch

Kimberly Lynch, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2002, they served as a Payroll/HR Administrator at Specialty Restoration of Texas, Inc. until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Payroll Specialist at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center. Kimberly then joined Spenco Medical Corporation as a Payroll Manager from 2010 to 2016. At Magnolia, they held the positions of Director, People Team from 2016 to 2020 and Human Resources Manager from 2016 to 2017. Kimberly later worked at Eagle Systems, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager from July 2020 to September 2020. From September 2020 to September 2022, they served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Swan Products, LLC. Currently, they are employed at Neighborly® as a Payroll Director since September 2022 and will be promoted to the role of Director, HR Operations in April 2023.

Kimberly Lynch, SHRM-SCP, earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University during the period of 2021 to 2023. In addition to their degree, they obtained the WGU Strategic Thinking & Innovation Certificate from Badgr (now part of Instructure) in August 2022. Prior to their degree program, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in July 2020.
