Tracy Taylor has extensive work experience in the credit union industry. Tracy currently works at Neighbors Credit Union as the Chief Lending Officer. Prior to their current role, they worked for Linn Area Credit Union for over 25 years. At Linn Area Credit Union, Tracy held various positions including Senior Vice President of Lending, Director of Consumer Lending, Director of Dealer Lending (where they successfully grew the department), and Financial Counselor. Through their career, Tracy has demonstrated their expertise in lending, risk management, and portfolio growth.
Tracy Taylor obtained a degree in Finance from the University of Iowa between 1987 and 1990. Tracy then pursued further education in the field of Bank Management at CUNA Management School from 2008 to 2010 and completed a program in Commercial Lending at CUES School of Business Lending during the same period. Most recently, Tracy earned a certification in Executive Education as a Certified Chief Executive (CCE) from CUES CEO Institute from 2018 to 2021.
