Joe Wykowski

Joe is the founder of Community Vision. Located in Portland, Oregon, Community Vision assists individuals to develop and manage their personal supports.

Joe has had a long term deep interest in assisting individuals with disabilities to take control of their life. Neighbours Inc. has exemplified this vision for people which, he says, is why he became interested in becoming a board member.

Joe assists coalitions and individuals across the country with developing the resources and education to purchase a home of one’s own.
